Born and raised in Elk River, Halie brings a strong Minnesota work ethic and a deep appreciation for community into every real estate transaction. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics with a Marketing minor from South Dakota State University, she began her career in the nonprofit sector, where she spent two years developing creative marketing strategies and supporting local businesses. With her husband Josh, they moved to the Brainerd Lakes Area to enjoy everything the region has to offer—hiking, fishing, camping, and the endless opportunities to explore the outdoors. That same love for nature and lifestyle is what now fuels her passion for helping others find a home in the beautiful BLA.

Now, as a proud agent with Woods to Water Real Estate, Halie combines her marketing background, attention to detail, and community-minded approach to help clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence and care. In addition to real estate, Halie is deeply involved in the community—she serves on the WAVE Young Professionals Board and coaches youth soccer at the local YMCA.
