Building his services on a foundation of integrity, Kyle is a distinguished Real Estate Agent who aims to make transactions fun, seamless, and cordial for everyone involved (emphasis on the fun part). As a professional fueled by passion, Kyle has an extensive understanding of the local buying, selling, and local marketing processes and wholeheartedly enjoys supporting his clients every step of the way as they navigate through this new and exciting phase of their lives.
From lakes, trails, resorts, and golf courses, Kyle was born and raised into the ‘Up North’ lifestyle. Also learning early on the innate value of a strong work/sport ethic, Kyle went on to play football for St. Cloud State upon graduating from Pequot Lakes. From there, Kyle’s yearning for more ultimately inspired him to enlist in the US Army as an infantryman, where he traveled across the world and later retired as a Sergeant. During this time, Kyle met his wonderful wife Kayla and together had their son, Nolan, while living in Kansas. However, Kyle wanted his son to grow up with the same enjoyment he had as a child, so they packed up and moved back to Minnesota.
Fast forward to today, Kyle’s military history and years of working with his father in property management, construction, and a local hotspot Bar & Restaurant all led Kyle to join the Woods to Water Real Estate team. Overall, nothing makes Kyle happier than putting buyers in their dream homes in this beautiful area and doing his part on improving the community along the way. From first-time homebuyers to seasoned ones, he has a genuine love for what he does and showcases that by empowering his clients with in-depth support so they can make the best decisions for themselves and their futures.
