Shelby, a native of Pine River, MN, now proudly calls Crosby home. Her journey into property management began when she and her husband, Tom, purchased their first fixer-upper, aiming to turn it into the first of many long-term rental properties. This passion soon expanded to managing short-term rentals throughout the Crosby and Brainerd Lakes area, ultimately leading her to Book the B.L.A.

Shelby’s mission is to build meaningful relationships with both owners and guests, crafting a "home away from home" experience that fosters unforgettable memories at each property. In her free time, you'll likely find her on the golf course with her husband, enjoying a day at a winery with friends, or spending time outdoors with her two beloved dogs.
