We are passionate, we are bold, we are Minnesota Nice. We appreciate, embrace and love all that this area has to offer. Many of us grew up here, locally grown and raised in this beautiful place. Some of us have stayed, others have come and gone, but we always come back.
Cabin dwellers retreat for the winter, while we gear up for the freeze - an ice fisherman’s dream. We anxiously wait 9 months to enjoy every drop of our short, sweet summer. We love the changing colors and first breath of crisp, autumn air, the comforting warmth of a bonfire and the sound of a first cast.
We embrace all of it. We love this land and want to share this feeling of everyday bliss with all of you. We all should feel like we’re on vacation every day.
OUR FOUNDER
In 2018, Woods to Water Real Estate was brought to life by Colton Maher. Colton has always had a passion for all things “Up North” and when the time finally came, he knew that he wanted to create a boutique real estate brokerage that was truly entuned to the local communities. With the shop local mantra in mind, Woods to Water Real Estate has adopted a catered approach to buying, selling, renting and property management in the Lakes Area.
As the company evolves, they continue to push the status quo of the local real estate market and provide an unprecedented level of service to each and every one of their clients; all while embracing the beautiful lifestyle that this area offers both tourists and locals alike.
