Licensed since 2021, Kim has spent much of her career working with vacation properties throughout Minnesota. When the chance to join Woods to Water presented itself, she saw an opportunity to expand her interest in the growing BLA real estate market. As transaction coordinator for Woods to Water, she plays a crucial role in ensuring that both clients and agents stay on track from beginning to close.
Kim resides in Breezy Point, with her son Jack. In her free time, she enjoys summers spent at the lake with family and winters cuddling up with a good book.
